Jeff_NigrinyJeff Nigriny has built his career around helping government and industry overcome the single biggest issue in computer security: how do I truly know who I am doing business with? His efforts have focused on overcoming the core challenges of identity and access management; in less than 15 years he's become one the industry's leading visionaries for solutions and services in the areas of enterprise security, risk mitigation and security system design.

Jeff's vision is for a single, unifying identity solution that addresses both logical and physical concerns. As the president of CertiPath, the trusted authority in identity control and access management, Jeff is committed to helping government agencies and their partners reduce the cost and increase the reliability and scalability of PKI-based identity assurance solutions, associated with the even the most massive projects.

As the lead for operations and management of TransGlobal Secure Collaboration Program (TSCP), Jeff works closely with all parties in global defense programs to define and roll-out industry specifications for day-to-day needs including secure e-mail and document sharing with identity federation.

Jeff's work has been recognized by Forbes Magazine; CSO Magazine and Computerworld. He is a frequent speaker at industry events, such as the Smart Card Alliance, RSA, the US Department of Defense's Information Assurance Conference and Australia's Defence and Industry Conference. Jeff is also a regular contributor to a wide range of publications in business, technology and information security.

Jeff graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science and American University with a Master of Science. He also holds the CISSP and SSCP certifications.

 

 

Tina_Davis

Tina Davis brings nearly two decades of experience helping public and private technology businesses manage finances and optimize operations. Before joining CertiPath, Davis most recently served the last five years as CEO and President for Accounting & Business Consulting, Inc. where she specialized in providing financial leadership for start-up companies.  Prior to that, Davis served as the Director of Finance for Cox Communications of Northern Virginia for six years.  Davis began her career in 1995 performing auditing and consulting services at Deloitte & Touche in Washington D.C., where she served a variety of high-tech and SEC registered companies.

Davis has a BBA degree in Accounting, Cum Laude, from James Madison University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Virginia. Davis has actively supported her community through various board positions for not-for-profit entities and was recognized for her efforts with the U.S. Presidential Volunteer Service Award in 2007.

As CFO she is responsible for the financial, legal and administrative operations of the company.

Judith Spencer spent the last 36 years working for the federal government, beginning her career in cryptographic equipment repair, before moving to public key technology and identity management twelve years ago.

Most recently, she was instrumental in aligning various agencies and organizations around unified logical and physical credentialing of Federal employees as directed in Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12, Policy for a Common Identification Standard for Federal Employees and Contractors (HSPD12), while also chairing the Federal PKI Policy Authority where she promoted interoperability of high assurance credentials.

Judith will serve as the Chair of the Policy Management Authority for CertiPath.

 

 

Steve_HowardSteve Howard brings more than 25 years of experience on the front lines of meeting the challenges of identity management and information assurance to his role as VP of credentials. His charter: create and deploy A&D's first platform where identity and credential assurance are defined for physical and logical access control solutions. He's also helping organizations meet today's critical need for interoperability between commercially and federally issued credentials, specifically defining a successful commercial solution for Personal Identity Verification or PIV-interoperable credentials.

Steve's first-hand experience with cryptographic solutions, smart card systems, PKI and biometric technologies has contributed to several definitive standards, including FIPS 201 which specifies PIV requirements for federal government employees and contractors, and RTCA DO-230B which defines integrated security systems for all U.S. airports.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Communication Sciences from the University of Michigan.
